Dear friends and colleagues,

The 70^th Annual Conference of the Israel Hear Society, in collaboration with the Israel Society Of Cardiothoracic Surgery, will be held on June 5-6, 2023, at the Expo Tel Aviv Convention Center .

We are excited to conduct this celebratory gathering representing 70 years of activity. We are incredibly proud to look back and see how far our medicine has come, as well as the expertise and technology that support us. We congratulate the various generations of practitioners, from the senior professors to the young students and the future generation, and wish us all many more years of successful endeavors together.

At the 70^th conference, we will continue our tradition of gathering our dynamic community for new updates in medicine, innovations, and technology. The conference will contain original scientific presentations and invited speakers in plenary sessions and parallel sessions relating to the various subspecialties of cardiology and heart surgery.

This year, we are honored to host distinguished, world-renowned international guest lecturers. As per tradition, we will hold a joint session with our colleagues from around the world: the European Society of Cardiology (ESC), The American College of Cardiology (ACC), and the American Heart Association (AHA). In addition, we are happy to be hosting the joint session with AFICARDIO (Frenck- Israeli Association in Cardiology) once again.

Moreover, the upcoming conference will continue to hold special sessions dedicated to interns and paramedical staff.

During the conference, merit scholarships will be awarded to interns and doctors partaking in peer training abroad. The presentations will be held in Hebrew or English; the joint plenary sessions will be held in English and will include updates regarding recent innovations and developments in cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery. 

Furthermore, the posters will be presented in English.

Alongside the conference, you will have the opportunity to explore an extensive and interesting exhibition of pharmaceutical and medical equipment companies that will present innovative equipment and technologies in cardiology.

On that note, we thank the industry for their incredible contributions and support in our conference  over the years.

We invite you to submit abstracts by January 9th, 2023 and join us for a festive and exciting gathering, celebrating the accomplishment of reaching a milestone of 70 years of research (basic and clinical) and innovative technological collaboration in a scientific, unique, and friendly atmosphere.
